Happy Tuesday!
‘Tis day two of twelve and I hope you’ve all been having a mighty-fine week and not stressing over last minute exams and Christmas shopping (not that I’m referring to myself or anything).
Today we bring to you one of our favourite frosted looks. This combination of silver, sparkles is complimented with a hint of midnight purple to give it that extra definition.
Completed with some pink enhancement, this look is perfect for jazzing up that little black or white dress to wear at that Christmas party.
Starting off with a clean slate once again, Jen applied Revlon’s Photoready Foundation in “006” and set it up with ELF’s HD Setting Powder.
After throwing in a bit of Revlon’s Photoready Eye Primer + Brightener under my eyes, Jen used her product of products; ELF’s HD Undereye Setting Powder.
Now, onto the most complex and creative part of the look and to do so Jen used MAC’s Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base MAC eyeshadow in “Indian Ink”, and MAC’s eyeshadows in “Sketch” and “Electric Eel”.
And to make it shimmer, she carefully threw on some of MAC’s Glitter Brillants in “Transparent Teal” and that gave the look its frosted characteristic.
Then she sealed it up once again with MAC’s Fluidline Eyeliner in “Backtrack”, used ELF’s Eyebrow Kit in “Light” and applied coats upon coats of Loreal’s Voluminous Waterproof Mascara in Carbon Black.
For the face Jen used Revlon’s Photoready Blush in “Pink” to compliment our purple and silver tones as well as add some warmth to the face, and she contoured with MAC’s Sculpting powder in “Bone Beige”.
She used MAC’s Pro Longwear Lip Liner in “In Anticipation” and smeared on Estee Lauder’s Pure Colour High Gloss in“07 Flashdance”.
And there you have it lovers!
