Modern Makeup is proud to announce we are the new official makeup and hair sponsor for both the Top Model Search Canada (TMSC) and Miss Teenage Canada (MTC) pageants being held this July and August in Toronto.

Modern Makeup will be providing hair and makeup services for over 70 finalists each day for all of their official photo shots and pageant events.
The Top Model Search Canada Competition has been travelling across the country searching for gorgeous young women to compete and become Canada’s new generation of supermodels. The TOP GIRLS from across the country have been selected to compete for the modelling contract and over $15,000 in prizes this August in Toronto.
Miss Teenage Canada is Canada’s most recognized and accomplished teen competition of its kind.
The Miss Teenage Canada pageant is the Official Preliminary to the 8 different International pageants “Miss Teen Universe” “Miss Teenager” “Miss Supranational” and offer an experience like no other. It is more than a pageant, Miss Teenage Canada is a quest to find Canada’s brightest and best teen women from all across the country.
Miss Teenage Canada is committed to giving back. With the belief that every child should be empowered to be the best they can be; each year Miss Teenage Canada proudly supports different charities across Canada. Their main focus and fundraising efforts is for Free the Children.
Do you want to do hair or makeup for TMSC & MTC?
Modern Makeup will be accepting applications for hair stylists and makeup artists until an extended deadline of June 22nd at 11:59pm. Applicants must provide minimum of 5 photos of their work or a link to their online portfolio.
This is a trade-for opportunity. Participants will receive high quality digital images of their models from some of Toronto’s TOP fashion photographers. Lunch will also be provided daily.
Please send your work to info@modernmakeup.ca and include the dates you are available to attend.
Applicants who can attend a minimum of 3 of 7 of the following dates and times will be preferred.
Hair and makeup artists are required to supply their own tools and kits.
The dress code is all black.
The more dates you are available the higher your chances of being selected and also the more photos you will receive!

Sun July 24th – FINAL SHOW – Call time 11:00AM (TO BE CONFIRMED) – Queen Elizabeth Theatre, CNE
